Visual Audio Captioning's Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) is composed of individuals from Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities across the United States. The CAB is an extremely important contributor to the success of our business, keeping us in touch with the users of closed captioning and allowing VAC to provide a more meaningful product to a larger population.

The CAB meets periodically, reviews VAC's captioning work, and provides consumer feedback regarding the overall quality of our captioning. It also provides VAC with general and specific captioning preferences of the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
